Having built and renovated several homes ourselves we have a keen interest in building and can appreciate not only the visual qualities of a build but the underlying integrity of the structure. We have seen a lot of work around the Whitsunday region and have always remarked on the quality of the projects Luke has been working on. Now that the time has come for us to start considering an extension to our home, our choice of builder was an easy one.
An aspect that we have found exceptional in working with Luke so far, is that the consultation is thorough and that it is truly obligation free. As we are retirees budget is important for us. Unlike some other builders we have worked with, Luke really listened to what we were saying. Being able to discuss our ideas comprehensively, and get Luke’s professional advice, has brought us that much closer to our end point of achieving our extension without any initial cost. Now we feel secure in our knowledge of what we are getting and how much we are spending, we are so looking forward to starting our build.
